The mark consists of face of the wording "YOUNG WORLD ENTERTAINMENT" in white forming a half-circle with white sparkle design emanating from the letters. Above the wording is a gold shield design with small white circles meant to look like diamonds forming a circle broken at the top, also with white sparkle design emanating from the white diamond images. At the top of the broken circle is a stylized design of the earth in blue, white and green outlined in blue and surrounded by a blue circle. In the center of the broken circle is a larger white diamond image surrounded in gold. Surrounding the center diamond is a gold and tan shield design meant to look like metal with points toward the center diamond.
