The mark consists of a globe with a grayish-white border, the globe is filled with water depicted light grey. The northern aspect of the globe features black clouds with intertwining grey and dark grey landmass which extends into the middle of the globe. Adjacent to the middle of the globe are two eyes with a white oval and black inner circle, on top of the black circle are two overlapping x's, the top x is orange with a red center, a pink x is beneath which lays directly on the black circle. The right eye has bigger x's than the eye to the left. Black clouds and grey landmass extends from the right-eye, beneath the left eye are small black clouds with light grey bodies of water.
