The mark consists of the design a light brown hot dog sandwich in human form with red outlining, a white mouth with red lips and containing several small white stars and having a wavy condiment topping in the middle appearing in red, white and blue, and wearing a white and blue top hat outlined in blue and containing four red stripes and a blue band with three white stars, blue glasses containing two white stars, white gloves and white shoes outlined in blue. The design appears over the blue term "WEENIES" over a white banner outlined and accented in blue with eight red stripes and twenty red stars and containing the blue word "CHARBROILED" in between the stars. At the bottom of the mark there are five five-pointed stars. The center star is red and the other four are blue.
