The mark consists of a black colored fist raised up and pointing skyward, contained within an elliptical solid red image, which is open ended at its bottom with cloud-like formations that contain the acronym, A I R, and the phrase, Achieving Inspite of Racism, with the cloud-like formations blending into the entire white background on which the mark is centered. The colors red, black and white are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of an elliptical globe in which the fist is centered. The elliptical globe is solid red and the bottom of the elliptical is partially covered by overlapping formations of clouds and the acronym, A I R. The perspective of the raised fist is with the palm side visible, showing four fingers turned in toward the center of the palm and the thumb turned in toward the center of the palm, partially covering the index and middle fingers. The center of the palm is filled in red color and connects seamlessly with a red color bordering each finger and thumb to show separation of the fingers and thumb. The red center of the palm of the hand narrows as it descends toward the wrist, ending in a sharp point which directs attention to a small solid white featureless figure. The remainder of the raised fist is colored in black, with the exception of the area of the wrist, also colored in black, wherein a small red bordering circle around a red equality sign, is situated on the left side of the wrist, adjacent to the solid white featureless figure. The solid white featureless figure resembles a gender-neutral person with arms stretched to the sides and slightly raised. The bottom of the solid white figure is open and connects seamlessly to what resembles the solid white cloud-like formations; the top of the cloud-like formations resemble that of a clover, and contains in its top center portion tiny dots or splashes of the color red. The bottom of the cloud-like formations extend from and blend into the white background on which the mark is centered. Intersecting the bottom of the elliptical globe and extending beneath it, are three separated solid red letter initials in bubble letter form, A I R. These bubble letters contain small white markings throughout as if to demonstrate wear and tear, battle-worn, or splashes and dots of white paint. Centered beneath the three letter initials, A I R, is the phrase, Achieving Inspite of Racism, all in fine black upper-case lettering.
