The mark consists of two squares, each with a bold solid border on the left, right and top border and which also contains a bottom curved solid shaded footer. The first square contains a shaded circle outlined by a larger circle with the words "ROTIKAA MADE IN AMERICA FOR HEALTHY LIVING & HOMEMADE TASTE" written inside it. Above the letter "R" in "ROTIKAA" appears the design of chef's hat containing the word "NEW". Three stock of grains are placed on the top of the circle, holding a shaded oval with the words "FRESH HOMEMADE TASTE!" written inside it; two curved lines extend from the sides of the outline of the shaded circle to the left and right edges of the square; under the curved lines is a basket with Indian flatbread in it on a wooden surface, and the words "MULTIGRAIN ROTI NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS, FLAVORS OR PRESERVATIVES" written in the footer below it. The first square also contains in the upper left hand corner off the solid border a flag with the words "SMALL 20 PIECES" and a square under this wording containing a shaded circle. In the second square there is a shaded rectangular ribbon placed at the top right of the border with the words "NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS · FLAVORS · PRESERVATIVES" written inside it and an inverted triangular banner attached to the bottom of the ribbon containing the words "ALWAYS FRESH" and two leaves placed between these words; "ROTIKAA" is written inside the bottom footer of the second square with a chef's hat containing the word "NEW" above the letter "R".
