The mark consists of two squares, each with a bold solid red border on the left, right and top and which also contains a red shaded curved solid footer that has a white curved line at the top. The first square contains a shaded red circle outlined in white and further outlined by a larger red circle with the words "ROTIKAA" in yellow and the words "MADE IN AMERICA FOR HEALTHY LIVING & HOMEMADE TASTE" written in white inside it. Above the letter "R" in "ROTIKAA" appears the design of chef's hat in yellow containing the word "NEW" in yellow. Three stock of white and red grains are placed on the top of the circle, holding a yellow shaded oval outlined in red with the words "FRESH HOMEMADE TASTE!" written in red inside it; two curved red lines and two curved white lines extend from the sides of the red outline of the shaded circle to the left and right edges of the square; under the curved lines is a beige basket with beige, black and brown Indian flatbread in it on a brown and black wooden surface, and the words "100% WHOLE WHEAT ROTI NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS, FLAVORS OR PRESERVATIVES" written in yellow in the red footer below it. The first square also contains in the upper left hand corner off the solid border a red flag with the words "BIG 25 PIECES" in yellow and a white square under this wording outlined in green and containing a green shaded circle. In the second square there is a red and white rectangular ribbon placed at the top right of the border with the words "NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS · FLAVORS · PRESERVATIVES" written in yellow inside it and an inverted triangular banner in red and white attached to the bottom of the ribbon containing the words "ALWAYS FRESH" in red and two leaves in red placed between these words; "ROTIKAA" is written in white inside the bottom footer of the second square with a chef's hat in white containing the word "NEW" in white above the letter "R". All other white areas shown in the mark represent background, outline, shading and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark.
