The mark consists of the letters "LOOPHEE" represented in stylized font wherein the letter "L" appears in uppercase in purple, outlined in dark purple, along with a light purple highlight therein. Sitting on top of the horizontal portion of the letter "L" are two letter "O"s in lowercase represented in a stylized design to simulate two eyes with the eyeball portions appearing in the colors white and two different shades of blue and outlined in blue. The letter "P" appears in uppercase primarily in the color brown with dark brown outlining and light brown highlights therein. Along the interior side of the leading vertical portion of the letter "P" appear four short horizontal dark brown lines, nearly parallel, but offset slightly so as to simulate the steps of a ladder. The central circular void portion of the letter "P" is colored white and outlined in the same dark brown as is the rest of the letter "P". A portion of the letter "P" slightly overlaps and obscures a small, upper-portion of the leading vertical leg of the letter "H" which appears in lowercase stylized font primarily in the color green with dark green outlining and a light green highlight. Sitting on sections of the trailing portion of the letter "H", which is intended to simulate a children's amusement park slide, are two letter "E"s, each slightly separated from the other and sitting randomly on the trailing section of the letter "H", wherein the first letter "E" appears in the color pink with red outlining and white highlights therein, while the second letter "E" appears in blue with dark blue outlining and white highlights therein.
