The mark consists of the trade dress of the product packaging for pool cleaning and maintenance supplies consisting of a continuous horizontal red stripe running across the main face of the box and the side of the box, the stylized image of a pool with a ladder in grey and blue all outlined in black on the bottom center of the main face of the box and a cartoon octopus character in blue outlined in black with black and white eyes, black eyebrows, a black and orange mouth, wearing yellow swimming trunks outlined in black and containing indiscernible text in black and a yellow and white hat outlined in black and containing indiscernible text in black next to the pool on the main face of the box, and a wide blue stripe on the top face of the box that extends partly onto the main face of the box becoming a vertical stripe, and then, after interruption, continues towards the bottom of the main face of the box. The dotted outline of the packaging, the wording on the box, and water drops indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
