The simple design, in its roundness, showcases our holistic and collective approach to the task of liberation; our tight lines of communication; continued commitment to unification; and the idea that our plight has no beginning or end. The Black Dot as a "period," reminds the world that we are everywhere. The Black Dot, in its color, represents the "Black" in "Black Collective". Black is a power color. It provides protection from external emotional stress, shows self-control and discipline. Black can mean "the end" (e.g. fade to black), which also means the opening of new beginnings of which we are committed. We hail from kings and queens so please believe, everything comes full circle.
