The mark consists of a bold, horizontal line about 8.5 inches across with a plain, horizontal line about half an inch under running the same length of the bold, horizontal line above it. About an inch down from the plain horizontal line are twenty-five (25) five-pointed stars about 2 inches apart with the first star beginning right inside the bold and plain horizontal lines above it and the last star ending right inside the bold and plain horizontal lines above it. About an inch below the row of five-pointed stars is a plain horizontal line about 8.5 inches in length. Below the plain horizontal line is a bold, horizontal line also about 8.5 inches in length, but with a 2 inch gap in the line beginning right before the 13th star counting from the left and ending right after the 14th star counting from the left. About an inch below the second set of horizontal lines are the words 'HIP-P LITICS.' In place of the letter 'O' in the word politics there is a hand making a fist at an angle with the wrist facing outwards so that the fingers and thumb are visible, with the thumb across the first two fingers, and a small portion of the forearm is included. Inside the fist is a microphone being held up at an angle. Going down the wrist and partial forearm are two parallel vertical lines and a shorter horizontal line on top of the vertical parallel lines. About an inch below the words is the repeated sequence of a bold and plain horizontal line about 8.5 inches across, twenty-five (25) five-pointed stars about 2 inches apart with the first star beginning right inside the bold and plain horizontal lines above it and the last star ending at right inside the bold and plain horizontal lines above it. About an inch below the row of five-pointed stars are an additional bold horizontal line and plain horizontal line, both about 8.5 inches across.
