The mark consists of a red, burgundy and purple lined background and features three small light yellow squares with a red and yellow outer border and contains a red rose with green leaves branches below of which appears the wording "DE LA ROSA" in red stylized letters. These boxes appear in the upper left corner, upper left side and lower right side of the mark. At the center top, left and right sides of the mark appears the wording "JAPONÉS NISHIYAMA" in white stylized letters. In the middle, lower left and upper right sides of the mark is the word "FURIOSOS" in yellow and orange letters with black outer border. In the middle under "FURIOSOS" and also on the lower left and upper right is a stylized peanut with a red face with a white and red headband, white and black eyes and white teeth with black outer border over a red and yellow flame design with white and black outer border with the stylized word "KAMIKAZE" on the flame in white letters. In the middle of the mark under the stylized peanut appears a pictorial representation of red peanuts with a yellow zig zag line around them. Over the red peanuts also appears a green banner like design with the wording "SPICY CHILI AND LIME COCKTAIL PEANUTS" in white stylized letters.
