The mark consists of a gold painted circle with brush lines, a lotus flower having a stylized brain as the blossom with a single leaf floating above the blossom appears centered inside the circle, the bottom leaves and brain appear in blue with gold borders with gold lines inside the brain, the upper leaves and the single floating leaf appear in light blue with small golden circles along the top edges of the upper leaves, several golden lines and circles appear around the outside of the top leaves and blossom, the literal element "WELLSCI" in large gold script letters appears centered beneath the circle, the color white inside the circle represents background, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
