The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the goods. The elements in the drawing shown with solid lines constitute the mark, namely, a rectangular shape with rounded corners and with four lines of little circles in the upper side and the power symbol in the opposite side, sticked to a pole at one end and a cube box shape at the other end with an oval shape in the upper face of the cube and the word "NITRON" in stylized letters, to the left of which is a design consisting of a stylized "X" with a lightning bolt inside it. Below are the words "Japanese Technology", which are not part of the mark, and below that are the words Energy Saver & Eco Friendly, which are not part of the mark either. All these words are in the opposite side of the oval in the cube. At the opposite side of the cube from the pole is the charging cable.
