The mark consists of a gold rectangle with indents in the upper corners and an arch at the top, outlined in black and then a blank space and then another black outline, with an extra thicker outline over the arch, with the black outline of a circle in the middle of the gold rectangle and extending through the outlines, with the inside of the circle blank with the exception of the depiction of the profile of a woman from the waist up that extends to the bottom of the rectangle and the woman has tan skin, long brown hair, red lips and a red dress with one of her hands under her chin with black stems and olive green leaves and two full size red apples and five smaller versions of red apples running through her hair and black stems with olive green leaves next to the woman on the left, with the stylized words "LE VERGER" in black over the smaller stylized words "FRENCH TERROIR LIQUEUR" in black and all the words over the circle. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
