The mark consists of a round life ring in the background. The type that is on a boat or at a pool and is thrown to rescue someone in the water. It is a circle with a center cut out. There are tabs on the outside of the life ring with a rope woven in holes in the tabs. The life ring is white with 4 wide blue stripes. There is a tab at each blue stripe. There are two English bulldog heads coming through the center of the ring. One dog faces left and the other faces right. The dogs' faces cover a portion of the life ring. Both of the dogs' faces are white with black and gray lines indicating wrinkles. The eyeballs are black with a red border around the top inside of the eyes. The dogs' eyes are open. Each dog shows a fierce angry snarl with pointy teeth. The dog on the left has a Mahi-Mahi fish in its mouth. The fish faces left and hangs out each side of the dog's mouth. The fish has a domed rounded head. It is green with a blue fish and blue spots on the body. The fish has its mouth open and a wrinkle on his forehead. It has a black eyeball and an angry expression. The fish in the mount has of the dog on the right is a King Mackerel. This is a blue-gray fish with a pointed face and tiny sharp teeth showing in the open mouth. There two gill lines at the back of the fish's face. There is a green strip at the top 1/4 of the fish's back. The tails of each fish hang out of the dogs' mouths toward the center of the ring. The fish tail on the right (the King mackerel) hangs lower. It dangles in front of the lower side of the life ring. Each bulldog has a shirt captain's hat with a black bill. And a circular emblem on the whit part a love the black bill. The circular emblem has a gold colored anchor. There is gold trim on the black bill There is a black band around the bottom of the hat.
