The mark consists of a stylized shaded silhouette of goat design standing atop a plain line circle as a carrier for a shaded circle. The shaded circle contains eight smaller shaded circles with follow the border of the larger shaded circle. In the center of the larger shaded circle is a shaded triangle design representing a play button. Beneath the circle is the wording "PASHAWN PRODUCTIONS" in stylized uppercase lettering stacked vertically, inside of the each letter are several small shaded circles. All aforementioned design elements with the exception of the letters but not the circles contained within, have a rough grain texture pattern. The rough grain texture pattern is also on the background of the mark.
