The mark consists of a fanciful depiction of a house in the shape and image of a whimsical orange habanero pepper with a green stem, having a center front door in white with a small black key design on the bottom right, white windows to the left and to the right of the door, each having white shutters on either side thereof, and a window in white directly above the door. Portions of the door and windows appear in blue, representing glass. In front of and below the house are a series of three steps in gray, each having the image of a brown clay pot on the left and the right thereof with a fanciful depiction of a character having human characteristics in each of the six pots. To the left, on the step farthest from the house is an image of a dark brown pepper with a green stem having black eyes, eyebrows and mouth; on the left, one step closer to the house, is an image of a green pepper, having black eyes and a mouth depicted as a white smile outlined in black, and wearing a brown hat; on the left closest to the house is an image of a dark orange pepper having an eye with a black iris and mouth with white teeth outlined in black and wearing a yellow baseball cap. On the right side of the step farthest from the house is an image of a green pepper having a green stem protruding above a yellow stocking cap and having two black eyes. On the next step closer to the house on the right is the image of a red pepper having a green stem protruding from a blue baseball cap and having two black eyes and a mouth with white teeth outlined in black. On the right side of the step closest to the house is the image of a man's face and head with features shown in black, a black mustache and black goatee and wearing a black hat, having the shape of the top half of a red pepper, with a green stem protruding from the top thereof. The entire design is outlined in black with black shading. The wording "Doorstep Peppers LLC" is displayed in black lettering at the base of the stairs, with "LLC" to the right and below "Doorstep Peppers". All other instances of black, white, or gray represent background or transparent areas and are not a feature of the mark.
