Educational services, namely, providing specialized training course for remote on-line jobs which provides incentives to employers that hire remote workers, or locate part of their business in rural counties and enlisting a rural facilitator to serve as a "broker" to build relationships with companies in the urban centers in order to connect/match them to trained remote workers for workers in remote or rural geographic areas to gain access to training and workforce experience opportunities
