The mark consists of a circle with thick border and an empty center. Appearing within the upper shaded part of the border is the stylized wording "We the People" and appearing within the lower unshaded part is the word "REUNITING" with a five-pointed star at either side. Appearing in between the shaded and unshaded part on the left is a triangular pyramid-like design with an eye at the center and surrounded by ray-like lines and appearing in between the shaded and unshaded part on the right is an eagle looking left holding an olive branch in its left talon and thirteen arrows in its right talon having a shield on its chest with horizontal stripes at the top of the shield and vertical stripes on the lower part of the shield with two concentric circles having thirteen five pointes stars within the inner circle appearing above the eagle. Appearing within the empty center are three lines intersecting at one end and the other end having an arrow head design extending out of the circle with one on top and three below, appearing at the center of the intersecting lines is the letter "F" with the letters "AITH" appearing within the line on top and the letters "REEDOM", "AMILY" and "RIENDS" appearing within each line at the bottom.
