The mark consists of The Road of a Thousand Wonders is written in large type in upper case letters, first with the words THE ROAD OF A, followed by THOUSAND WONDERS centered at the top of the book cover, followed by the continuation of the trademark words in an upper case letters, but subordinate type WHERE TO EAT, WHAT TO SEE, WHERE TO STOP followed immediately after on another line which completes the wording of the trademark ON THE ROAD TO THE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION. Immediately after the completion of the wording in the trademark follows a description of the trademark as "An Oregon Travel Series". The descriptive wording is not a part of the trademark, but is simply a communication to the reader that the book is part of a travel series. After the descriptive wording is a section showing three photographs in a diamond shaped form.
