The mark consists of a circular design, the center of which contains a realistic depiction of a one-room schoolhouse in green and white, surrounded by green trees, with a depiction in green and white of a flag resembling the U.S. flag flying from the bell tower; below the schoolhouse is the wording "EST. 1998" in green appearing between green dash lines on either side of the wording. A green circular border surrounds the center design and wording. Outside the green inner border is a wide white border with the green wording "P.M. GILLEN" curved along the top of the border and the green phrase "ONE TEST CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE" curved along the bottom of the border; with the wording and phrase separated on the left and right sides of the wide white border by a design of an open book in green and white. A green circular border surrounds the wide white border. The color white on the mark represents background, outlining, shading and transparent areas.
