The mark consists of six words: Design, Research, Analyze, Write, Zero-In, Yield (results). The words "Science DrillHouse" is the name of the company and is at the bottom of the logo underneath the house. The house has a pencil going out of the roof and a chimney with an eraser with the letters "SDH", which is short for Science DrillHouse. There is a pencil that goes through the house and a bird is on the ledge of the pencil. The pencils represent the writing that scientists conduct on a daily basis and how students must learn to make sense of science by writing. The bird is a "scary bird" who is afraid to fly and discover what has yet to be discovered in science. To the left of the words "Science DrillHouse" is a white circle with trim and inside the circle is an x-ray crystallography picture of a protein that I made in a program. That protein represents the design and analysis that is involved in science. To the right of the words "Science DrillHouse" is a white circle with trim and inside the circle are three cursive lines vertically aligned. Each cursive line represents words and expresses the research and reading that is involved in science. The two circles at the top have smaller circles inside of them, which represent the ocular lens (eyepieces) of a microscope and the zeroing-in that is involved in the scientific process.
