The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a shoe featuring: (i) material panel that forms the shoe's eyestay reinforcements that curve and widen before terminating at the shoe's midsole sidewall; (ii) lines of stitching that run parallel to the perimeter of the shoe's eyestay reinforcements that curve and widen before terminating at the shoe's midsole sidewall; (iii) lines of stitching that begin roughly midway up the shoe's eyestay reinforcements and descend at a slight curve through the shoe's quarter panels and terminate at the midsole sidewall; (iv) a horizontal line of stitching encircling the shoe's cuff, beginning at the upper portion of one eyestay reinforcement, crossing the heel panel and ending at the upper portion of the opposite eyestay reinforcement; (v) two parallel, horizontal lines of stitching that begin at the upper portion of one eyestay reinforcement, cross the heel panel, and terminate at the upper portion of the opposite eyestay reinforcement; (vi) the ribbed collar formation that encircles the uppermost part of the shoe; (vii) the material heel panel, beginning at the top of the shoe's cuff and gradually widening before terminating at the midsole sidewall; (viii) lines of stitching that run vertically down the heel panel, beginning at the top of the shoe's cuff and gradually widening before terminating at the midsole sidewall; (ix) a contrasting midsole stripe that runs the perimeter of the sidewall, separating the shoe's upper from the midsole; (x) a vamp stitch consisting of two parallel lines of stitching that form an arc that runs parallel to the perimeter of the shoe's toe cap; and (xi) L-shaped lines of stitching on the eyestay reinforcements beginning at the midsole sidewall and terminating at the parallel lines of stitching on the eyestay reinforcements.
