The top half of the "A" is covered by the FOP star which is a blue star with five points and yellow tips at the end of the points with the upper three points containing the letters "FOP" in yellow and the two lower points containing a blue eye in a white oval background, and the design of shaking hands in yellow. In the center of the star is a white circle that contains a yellow shield with blue figurative elements and the inscription beneath the words "JUS", "FIDUS" and "LIBERTATUM" in blue. The letters "P", "A" and "C" are bordered on the top with the words "National Fraternal Order of Police" in solid yellow block fonts under blue shading and bordered on the bottom with the words "Political Action Committee" in solid yellow block fonts under blue shading.
