The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a specific design feature of the product packaging for a wine bottle that is a foil cap and label that wraps around and covers the entire bottle. The label consists of a white circle in the lower front middle of the bottle; inside the white circle is a thin pink circle, then outside the white circle is a fixed pattern of stripes emanating from the circle starting with blue and pink being the two at the top of the circle and going clockwise into green, yellow, orange, red, purple, light blue, dark blue, pink, green, yellow, orange, red, purple, light blue. At the base of the neck of the bottle, there is a white stripe, and the neck and cap are covered in purple foil. The shape of the bottle is not claimed a feature of the mark, and is depicted in dotted lines for the purpose of showing the position of the mark on the goods.
