The mark consists of a black gear with a large keyhole in the middle of the gear and the outline of a runner running in front of the gear. The runner is entirely white outlined by a black line. We see the right side of the runner as he runs toward the right of the viewer. The runner is leaning forward with his right leg stepping in front. His left leg is raised behind in the air, and both feet are covered by shoes. His right arm is moving toward the front as his left arm is swinging back. Both his fists are clinched. The profile of the runner's head and face are visible. The runner has short or no hair, and the profile of his pointed nose and slight lips are visible in the facial profile. The gear is visible between the runner's head and right arm, between the runner's right arm and right leg, and between the runner's right leg and back kicking left leg. The gear is circular with twelve large evenly distributed notches on the outside. Each notch is the same size. A black line outlines the gears so that there is a thinner white section between the outlining line and the black gear. The center of the gear and inner keyhole is filled with whatever background color is behind the gear, as six shafts connect the keyhole in the center with the black outline of the gear. The runner obscures the bottom right third of the gear.
