The mark consists of Capitalized Letters "B" and "C" with a chevron between them with the left end of the chevron touching halfway on the right side of the "B" and the right end of the chevron touching halfway on the left side of the "C". Underneath the chevron and between the "B" and "C" is a small figure of an inverted triangle with a circle above it and 3 arcs above the circle. Centered below all of the above and in much smaller font are the words, "Budget Account Control". All of the words and letters are in a medium blue color. The chevron is in a slightly lighter blue color than the remainder of the mark.
