The mark consists of a cartoon caricature of a human male figure facing partly forward and partly toward the figure's right-hand side such that the front and the left arm and shoulder are visible to the viewer, the figure having black hair mostly covered by an old-fashioned sailor hat in blue and gold of the kind sometimes referred to as an Admiral Bicorn hat, black bushy eyebrows over white eyes with black pupils turned toward the figure's left, an elongated nose, a grin, an oversized chin with peach skin with dark shading as from shaved-off black whiskers, a brown coat with a turned-up collar and white and gold trim on the ends of the sleeves, the right hand with peach skin holding a brown cane having a silvery handle with the tip of the cane resting on the ground adjacent the right foot, the left hand holding a silver beer mug with the thumb extending upward, the silver mug having a lid that is partly open with beer foam of white and gold overflowing out of the mug, a vest visible through the open coat and white in color with green and gold trim and blue vertical crease lines, a protruding stomach, green pants, white socks, and black buckle shoes with gold buckles.
