The mark consists of a design of a circular seal with the wording "KENNEDY'S" in dark blue, outlined in white along the top right of the inner circle; the wording "ORGANIC" is roughly outlined in green with the inner portion in white across the middle of the circle against a stylized American flag consisting of red stripes with the term "PRODUCTS" in dark blue immediately below, and the letters "KE" within a square with rounded corners, both in dark blue, at the bottom of the inner circle; a series of red stars are scattered throughout the inner portion of the circle against a light blue background which fades to white at the bottom; the outer ring of the circle is in dark blue with a series of white stars throughout except at the bottom which includes the wording "MADE IN U.S.A". in white.
