The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the person displaying the mark has demonstrated that the manufacturing services provided by the aerospace and defense supplier have been performed by an aerospace and defense part supplier proficient in aero structure assembly, chemical processing, coatings, composites, conventional machining, elastomer seals, electronics, fluid distribution systems, forgings, heat treating, materials testing, measurement and inspection, non-destructive testing, non-metallic materials manufacturing, non-metallic materials testing, nonconventional machining, sealants, surface enhancement and welding manufacturing processes in accordance with standards established by the certifier.
