The mark consists of the red wording "KITCHEN COMPANIONS, LLC" above a set of two black concentric circles. The outermost circle has a white background and contains the term "RIPENUP" in red at the top with five-pointed black stars on each side of the word; two yellow and green pineapples on either side in the middle of the circle, with the pineapple on the left in an upright position, and the one on the right facing downward; and the black wording "MADE IN THE U.S.A". at the bottom of the outermost circle. The innermost circle contains a background that simulates an American flag, with white stars on a blue background in the upper part of the circle and horizontal red and white stripes at the bottom, with a white rectangle in the middle that contains a black pineapple holder. The background of the mark outside of the concentric circles is negative space that will appear in the color of the surface upon which it is placed.
