The mark consists of three circles contained within each other, with the outermost circle having small hatch marks on it that connect to the middle circle. The middle circle is comprised of triangles, each having the following letters inside going left to right, "R L I F E N D S E R E H", and wave lines behind the triangles. The innermost circle has hatch marks around the circle, next are three vertical arrow lines with arrowhead on either end, touching the top and bottom of this circle. The middle line has a "12" inside the top arrowhead, with an "N" directly below and "6" inside the bottom arrowhead, with an "S" directly above. Intersecting each of the lines is one horizontal arrow with arrowhead on either end. Inside of the right arrowhead is a "3" with an "E" to the left, and the left arrowhead has a "9" inside, with a "W" to the right. Each arrow which has a number in the arrowhead also has three straight lines near the number and letter, along with a circular spiral in the center of the innermost circle.
