Description of Mark
The mark consists of Six identical, silhouetted mermaids with long hair are positioned facing clockwise around a large, solid circle. Their arms are slightly spread on either side of their torso, with their left arm in front of them and their right arm behind them. The mermaids appear in profile and form the outer ring to the large, solid circle in the center. The centrally-positioned circle is ringed by a halo of 24 equal-sized, small, solid circles. Each mermaid has a five-pointed star behind them, located near the end of their hair and slightly above their upturned tail. There are four smaller, solid circles of varying diameters to the side of each mermaid's tail.
