The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a frozen confection on an ice cream stick and further consisting of a stylized pink pig with pink eyebrows, an open eye in white and black and a winking eye represented by a black curved line; below which appears a pink circle with two pink dots representing the pig's nose, and on each side of the pig's face, pink arms with white gloves, below all of which appears a protruding beige ice cream stick on which appears the name Lucciano's in tan stylized letters. The broken lines / dots depicting the ice cream stick indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
