The mark consists of a gold and dark gold five pointed crown with a red jewel on each point and five gold jewels at the bottom of the crown. Below the crown is the wording "THE UNIVERSITY OF" with non-Latin Hebrew characters written in a black. Below the aforementioned wording in an image of gold and dark gold crest with different highlight effects. The crest is double outlined in black and divided into four quarters by double black lines. In all four quarters of the crest there are red non-Latin Hebrew characters. In the middle of the crest there is a black shaded oval with white non-Latin Hebrew characters. Below the shield there is a gold banner that is outlined in black with red non-Latin Hebrew characters. There is a green vine on top of the crest with two dark gold keys dangling from the middle. On both sides of the crest there is a stylized red stallion outlined in black. On either side of the banner there is a black outlined white dove holding a green and dark gold olive branch in its beak with multiple black specks surrounding each dove. The remaining color white in the background represents transparent and is not a feature of the mark.
