The mark consists of a representation of a map of the continental United States in blue, light blue and dark blue. A partial silhouette of man in red overlays a portion of the map with the man holding a torch that fades from red to blue. Four wavy lines having a red outline extend from the man across a lower portion of the map. Stars extend from approximatly the man's head around a portion of the map, the stars having color that starts a very light blue and converts to blue, then change to red and convert to a very light red. The words "THE EMPOWERMENT ALLIANCE" are in a stacked arrangement under the map, with "THE" and "ALLIANCE" in black and "EMPOWERMENT" in red. The words "FUELING AMERICA'S ENERGY INDEPENDENCE" are blue and in a stacked relationship and positioned under part of "EMPOWERMENT" and besides "ALLIANCE". The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
