The mark consists of a rectangle with an exterior outline and an interior outline. The interior outline contains repeating hash marks and each corner of the interior outline contains rays and filigree points. A banner that contains a horizontal line and small dots appearing above and beneath the literal element "SPELLBOUND" appears through the middle of the rectangle. Three concentric circles appear behind the banner. The outermost concentric circle has extending rays, contains banners at the top and bottom of the circle, and has flourishes on the left and right sides of the circle. The middle concentric circle is outlined with a border containing small dots. The middle concentric circle contains flourishes and six circles that each contain the image of a different phase of the moon and are equally spaced above and beneath the middle banner. The innermost concentric circle is outlined by a small border containing dots and a wide border containing larger dots. The innermost concentric circle contains a solid center with rays extending from the center.
