The mark consists of the design of a skull outlined in black with three partial red and yellow flower designs outlined in black with black lines in the yellow petals across the top of the skull. There are black vines and green leaves outlined in black with black detailing coming out of the flowers with red berries. In the center of the skull's forehead is a yellow bottle with a red oval label and orange cap all outlined in black with black detailing, above which on the left and right are three black stylized apostrophes, and to the left and right of the bottle are three red circles. There is a green and black fruit slice to the left and right of the vines. In the center of the skull is the design of an anchor in black. There are shot glasses in the middle of each eyehole outlined in black with yellow liquid and a gray base, and the eye holes are outlined in black surrounded by red flower petals also outlined in black. On the left and right cheeks of the skull are two curling black lines and a yellow and black fish skeleton design. Under each fish skeleton is a black line with a red circle at the end. Above the skull's teeth, which are outlined in black, are eleven black droplets. To the left and right of the mouth are two curved black lines, under which are more black curved vines with green leaves outlined in black with black detailing and red berries, and two small black curves arising out of the base of the skull's chin. Underneath the foregoing appears the stylized wording "PAPAMIGOS" with "PAPA" in red, "MI" in yellow and "GOS" in green and the black stylized wording "EAT DRINK AND BE LOCO" with a black line on either side to the left and right. The color white appears as background and is not part of the mark.
