The mark consists of the letter "H" and the Roman numeral 3 both represented in stylized font in the color blue, and a design consisting of a crest shield with a crown design above it wherein the letter H" and the Roman numeral "#" are superimposed across the shield crest whose interior is colored black and is outlined by a red-color border which is further bordered by a beige color outline, and wherein a lower left blue portion of the letter "H" intersects and spills onto and over a lower-left portion of the crest's red and beige outline. A green-colored vine-like design element also appears on the black crest shield and behind the blue colored elements, wherein three segments of the upper-portion of the vine design intersect and spill onto and over a top-portion of the crest's red and beige outline. Moreover, the lower right portion of the vine-like design is attached to an abstract red- and gold-colored amoeba-like shape. Whimsical shapes of gold-colored thread radiate from the left, right, and upper sections of the shield crest. The crown, located above and apart from the shield crest, is primarily gold in color with a small red-colored round shape in its central area, wherein the crown design is formed primarily from the merging of two differently-sized, horizontal rectangles, one on top of the other, and wherein the crown also includes whimsical shapes of gold-colored thread radiating from the crown's central area, left, right, and upper sections. The literal elements and design elements are further superimposed upon a black background.
