Based in Applicant's research on the worldwide web, it appears to Applicant that this concurrent user's use of VALENTINE GROUP HR began (1) on or after June 2, 2014, when this concurrent user filed a certificate of organization in the Office of the Department of State of Pennsylvania, or (2) on or after April 23, 2017, when registration of the valentinegrouphr.com domain was created, or (3) on or after April 2014, the beginning date of experience as a senior recruiter at Valentine Group HR stated in the LinkedIn profile of Ms. Mercedes Matta Valentine (linkedin.com/in/mercedes-matta-valentine-56670122). Applicant does not have other knowledge that confirms or negates Valentine Group HR, LLC's current use of VALENTINE GROUP HR. Ms. Kiesha Valentine, doing business as Valentine HR Partners, 5753 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road, Suite #G242, Anaheim Hills, CA 92807, may be a concurrent user. It appears to Applicant that Suite #G242 is not an actual place of business but a mailbox located at the UPS Store at 5753 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road, Suite G, Anaheim Hills, CA 92807 (locations.theupsstore.com/ca/Anaheim-hills/5753-e-santa-ana-canyon-rd/mailbox-services). Applicant is not aware of any effort by this concurrent user to register its use of VALENTINE HR PARTNERS as a trademark or service mark. Based on this concurrent user's website, it appears to Applicant that this concurrent user has used VALENTINE HR PARTNERS on its website (valentinehrpartners.com) and at her Anaheim Hills, CA location; Applicant does not have further knowledge of the geographic areas in which this concurrent user has used VALENTINE HR PARTNERS.
