The mark consists of The mark is presented as a circle with design elements within it. The elements that lie within the circle are vertical and horizontal lines. The horizontal line that moves along the X axis starts in the center of the circle and ends against the right side of the circle. The vertical line that moves along the Y axis begins in the center of the circle (so that the two meet in the center of the circle, and extends to the top of the circle. These two lines create a kind of pie chart. One that composes 270% of the circle, while the smaller part of the pie chart is 90%. This can be confirmed as the X axis line and the Y axis line create a 90% angle. In addition to these lines, there are two smaller lines. One smaller line runs parallel to the line that moves along the X axis, but does not extend to the beginning point, nor does it touch the outer edge of the circle. This is also true of the smaller line running along the Y axis. It begins slightly elevated from the beginning point of the line moving alone the Y axis and ends before it touches the top outermost edge of the circle.
