The mark consists of The mark consists of two concentric circles. The mark is bi-colored. Hereafter, colors are referenced as Color No. 1 and Color No. 2. The annulus of the inner and outer circles contains a singular color background in Color No. 1. Within the annulus is writing in capital letters. All writing within the annulus is of uniform size, font, and color. All text within the annulus is Color No. 2. Within the annulus, on the left and right points correlating with either ends of the diameter of the innermost circle's horizontal centerline, there are two identical spheres of solid color (hereafter referred to as: "annulus spheres".) The annulus spheres are in Color No. 2. Above the annulus sphere on the left side of the annulus is written text in all capital letters. The text reads from left to right: "PRINT IS DEAD" beginning at the point immediately above the left annulus sphere and continuing around the top half of the annulus ending just above the right annulus sphere. Immediately below the left annulus sphere is written text in all capital letters. This text reads from left to right: "BUT SO ARE WE" around the bottom of annulus to a point immediately below the right annulus sphere.
