The mark consists of a green circle with the words "ALLERGIC TO salad" written in white block lettering inside the circle. The words "ALLERGIC TO" appear in all caps but in a smaller font at the top of the circle and the world "salad" appears in lower case but in much larger font so as to occupy the middle and bottom portion of the green circle. The letter "l" in the word "salad" is replaced by the image of a fork, though the reader is given the impression this is also supposed to read as the letter "l". The entire image is rotated slightly counter-clockwise from top dead center and the green color fades slightly from dark to slightly lighter from the top to the bottom.
