The mark consists of the word "brokers" running vertically from bottom to top on the left side of the mark in lower case black letters, the capitalized letter "H" in white, located within a red circle to the right of the word "brokers", to the immediate right of that, the capitalized white letter "U" located within a yellow circle to the immediate right of that, the capitalized white letter "B" within a blue circle, and beneath the three circled letters is a grey rectangle, within which is the word "REALTY" in capitalized white letters and aligned to the right side of the grey rectangle. Each circle is bounded by a white concentric ring that is bounded by grey fading to give it a three- dimensional appearance, with the grey fading being thickest in the lower right quadrant and fading away entirely such that there is not grey in the left upper quadrant of each circle.
