The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods being a container and a lid with a ribbon affixed to it. The configuration is comprised of a cylindrical container being beige, covered by a grid pattern formed by dots connected by intersecting diagonal lines. The color of the dots alternates between gold and white, with the lines depicted in white. On the center front, there is a white oval interrupting the grid pattern, with the oval outlined by gold connecting dots. Inside the oval, the stylized literal elements "DAMYEL PARIS" appear in gold. The top portion of the container is a transparent dome-shaped lid with a lavender ribbon tied in a bow affixed to the top with trailing ends descending down the side of the domed lid to the top of the container. The stylized wording "DAMYEL" appears on the ribbon in white. A gold knob appears at the top center of the lid, next to the bow. The shape of the cylindrical container is depicted in dotted lines and is not claimed as a feature of the mark, but only shows the placement of mark.
