The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a rectangular shaped container with no reliefs or rounded edges, painted with a traditional huichol art pattern that resembles being made with beads. The huichol pattern contains abstract designs, including white deer, green, blue, red, yellow, and orange geometric shapes, and green, blue, red, yellow, white and orange flower designs. On the upper portion of the front side of the packaging is a thick, dark blue band running horizontally across the panel and which is surrounded by a thin white line on the top and bottom, and then a light blue band on the outside of the white lines. Inside the dark blue band is the wording "MARACAME" in white stylized letters. At the bottom of the package there is another dark blue horizontal band, surrounded by a thin white line on top and bottom, and light blue bands on the outside of the white lines. The matter shown in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
