The mark consists of The logo is comprised of the words, OFF, GRID and FARMS as well as a mountain and a tree. The letters, O and F are halfway up/down on the image on the same line. The next F is on the line below along with ARMS. The F is larger than ARMS and reaches half of the height of the O and F line. The F is part of the word OFF and the word FARMS. The letters, G, R, and D are halfway up or down on the image. With the tree, the letters form the word GRID. The tree is in place of the I, starting on the lower line next to ARMS and stops above the letters R and D. The tree has a peak with two points on its side, as well as 16 other triangular points sticking out of it. There are 8 on each side. The peak and two other sets of triangular points are above the letters R and D and about 1 cm above the right edge of the mountain line. There is a mountain above the letters, F, GR, and ARMS. The mountain has a diagonal up and down line which zig zags 75 percent across the top of the mountain's peak. On the left, the mountain starts over the letter, F and on the right the mountain ends over the letter, R. The entire image is surrounded by an outline with a half inch width which follows the shape of the letters.
