The mark consists of an artwork consisting of a series of nested hearts on an orange background. The largest heart, spanning the entire height and a majority of the width of the mark, contains the colors red, pink, and white. A series of smaller hearts are nested within the largest heart. This series of hearts are in a variety of colors, including purple, blue, pink, green, white, and orange. The point at the top of the main heart has an extension flowing from the bottom of the point, this extension curls through the center of all the internally nested hearts. Inside the largest heart and to the right of the nested hearts are several loops or folds of color, which include blue, red, orange, yellow and white. The words "Cardiac Care Program" in blue appear next to the artwork.
