The mark consists of three-dimensional configuration of a bottle in green with a gold and brown patterned cap; with a gold and brown rim at the bottom of the cap that features a gold jaguar head and the stylized wording "JAGUAR" in capital letters with a backwards letter "R"; with a large gold jaguar head at the top of the face of the bottle; with the stylized wording "JAUGAR" in capital gold letters with the letter "R" backwards and a black outline oriented sideways under the gold jaguar head; with a black horizontal strip below the wording "JAGUAR" with a strip of gold at the top and bottom; with the stylized wording "LIQUEUR" in grey capital letters; with an orange diagonal line coming from the top right of the black band to end in three overlapping gold circles with an orange outline; with the largest circle featuring the wording "SMOOTHEST" in capital black letters on a gold background with an orange jaguar head and 5 stars, four of which are grey and one of which is white; the next smallest gold circle underneath featuring the wording "SMOOTHER" in black capital letters; and the smallest gold circle underneath featuring the wording "SMOOTH" in black capital letters; and the wording "DOUBLETREE" in stylized orange, white, and gold script at the bottom of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the bottle and the cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
