The mark consists of a circular design with an outer circle and a smaller inner circle. The smaller inner circle has a drawing of a scale in solid black on a beige background outlined by a black line. Underneath and touching the foot of the scale is a wave design with stripes of blue, red, white, and dark green, each wave shape outlined by black, which starts on the lower left outer edge of the whole design and ends at the right lower area of the beige circle. The outer section of the circle design has a white background with the words "ITALIAN AMERICAN LAWYERS ASSOCIATION" in black capital letters around the inner beige circle. At the edge of the white section is a double row of light green leaf shapes around the entire circular design.
